Shane and Leah have been residents of Roma for over 20 years and are passionate about the growth of the kingdom through the local church. Raised on a property, Shane has been serving the Lord in both official and volunteer capacities almost his entire adult life. Since the Lord called him to the ministry while in university, Shane has understood the need to have Jesus Christ as his source and direction. Shane spent seven years in school chaplaincy, has a degree in management and is a qualified school teacher. “Nothing excites me more than to see the revelation of biblical truth in someone’s life, be it for the first time accepting Christ as saviour or a mature Christian coming into a deeper understanding of what it means to follow Jesus” Ps. Shane.

Leah is also a qualified school teacher and mother to their three young boys, Rory, Martin and Mitchell. Leah’s great passion is seeing children grow continually in the knowledge and love of the Lord. “I love our church. I love the friendly atmosphere, I love our commitment to help make our community a better place and I love that we can do that as a family.” Leah

WE BELIEVE

accLife Church is part of Australian Christian Churches. The ACC is a movement of more than 1000 churches in Australia with well over 385,000 constituents, making it the largest Pentecostal movement in the nation. In our churches you’ll find vibrant, contemporary Christians who love the Lord Jesus Christ and express that love in lively praise and worship and in caring relationships.

A (very) brief statement of beliefs

We believe the Bible to be the inspired word of God that speaks as loud today into every single area of our lives as it did when it was written. We believe the Holy Spirit was given to empower us to fulfil the purpose’s God has for each one us. We believe the only thing we take from this world to the next is what we did for Jesus here on earth and we will all be accountable for that.
